While in terms of moral legitimacy, Gibran does not have legitimacy. Moral and ethical questions regarding the process of its emergence have raised concerns about the increasingly elitist direction of democracy because the issue of morality in politics is not only the legality or otherwise of actions according to law, but also about values, ethics, and social justice. The Constitutional Court's decision is Final and Binding so that the MKMK Decision Number 2 / MKMK / L / 11/2023 does not have legal implications for the Constitutional Court Decision Number 90 / PUU-XXI / 2023 due to the limited authority of the MKMK and the special nature of the Constitutional Court's decision.
