This study aims to determine the effect of implementing Problem Based Learning integrated with STEM on improving scientific argumentation in the sub-concept of the excretory system. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a posttest-only control group design. The study was conducted from February to June 2025 at SMAN 1 Baros, with class XI-6 serving as the control group and class XI-8 as the experimental group, with a total of 37 students participating. Data was collected using a test consisting of essay questions and non-test techniques, such as observation sheets for the implementation of the lesson and interview sheets. The average score for scientific argumentation skills for the control group was 44.07 and for the experimental group 56.61, both of which are in the adequate category. The data analysis technique used in this study was Independent Sample t-Test, which yielded a value of asymp sig 2 tailed (0.001 < 0.05).
