%X Scientific literacy skills are essential for students to assess the extent to which scientific concepts are applied in biology. A deep understanding of biology content will provide insights into the effectiveness of biology learning and enable the development of learning strategies that are more suitable for students' needs. This study aims to analyze the scientific literacy skills of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Cijaku and the factors that influence it. The instruments used are questionnaires, scientific literacy skills test questions that focus on scientific literacy issues, particularly in biology, and interviews with biology teachers. The method applied is descriptive qualitative with source triangulation. The research population includes 30 10th-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Cijaku and one biology teacher. The results of the scientific literacy skills test show that the indicator of understanding scientific concepts scored 80% in the good category, the indicator of understanding the application of science in technology scored 70% in the good category, and the indicator of applying science in everyday life scored 100% in the excellent category. The factors that influence scientific literacy skills at SMA Negeri 1 Cijaku based on interview results are students' low interest in reading, teacher roles, family and community support, school facilities, and students' learning styles. %Z Kemampuan literasi sains sangat penting bagi siswa untuk menilai sejauh mana penerapan konsep ilmiah dalam materi Biologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi sains siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Cijaku dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket, soal tes kemampuan literasi sains yang berfokus pada isu literasi sains khususnya dalam mata pelajaran biologi, dan wawancara bersama guru Biologi. Metode yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode triangulasi sumber. Sampel penelitian mencakup 30 siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Cijaku dan satu orang guru Biologi. Hasil tes kemampuan literasi sains menunjukkan bahwa indikator memahami konsep sains memperoleh hasil 78% dengan kategori baik, indikator memahami penerapan sains dalam teknologi memperoleh hasil 71% dengan kategori baik, dan indikator mampu menerapkan sains dalam kehidupan sehari-hari memproleh hasil 100% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil angket literasi sains siswa menunjukkan bahwa pada indikator pemahaman konsep memperoleh skor nilai 75% dengan kategori baik, penggunaan sumber yang relevan mempeoleh skor nilai 85% pada katgeori snagat baik, indikator ketermapilan anaisis memperoleh skor nilai 87% kategori sangat baik, indikator sikap terhadap sains memperoleh skor nilai 87% kategori sangat baik, dan indikator penggunaan sains dalam kehidupan sehari-hari memperoleh skor nilai 88% pada kategori sangat baik. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan literasi sains di SMA Negeri 1 Cijaku berdasarkan hasil wawancara yaitu rendahnya minat membaca siswa, peran guru, dukungan keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar, fasilitas yang ada di sekolah, dan gaya belajar siswa.
