description: In the development of a construction project, particularly within a business context, a feasibility study is required to assess the fisibility of the project. One aspects of a construction project feasibility study is the financial aspect, which aims to analyze and determine fisibility of the project from financial point of view. So, it can be known whether the continuation of the construction project development will be profitable or detrimental. The purpose of this research is to identify the total project cost and to analyze the financial feasibility of the reaserched project.  The method used in this research is quantitative method. The financial feasibility analysis includes calculations of both the project's expenditures and projected revenues. furthermore, several financial feasibility parameters are analyzed, including Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Then, the feasibility of the project is determined based on standard evaluation criteria for each parameter.  Based on the results of this study, indicate that the financial feasibility of the North Jakarta Clinic X construction project, with an interest rate of 5,75%, obtained NPV = Rp 665.750.729,72 > 1, indicating the project is financially feasible. BCR = 1,048 > 1, indicating the project is financially feasible. IRR = 8,6% > MARR = 5,75%, also indicating financially feasible.
