description: This study aims to develop Self-Help Book media as a form of anxiety management in female students who are victims of sexual violence at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Anxiety experienced by victims of sexual violence can have a negative impact on emotional, cognitive, and social aspects. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The subjects in the limited trial were 10 female students of FKIP Untirta who met the criteria as victims of sexual violence and had high levels of anxiety. Data collection was conducted through interviews and questionnaires. The results of the media feasibility assessment based on the validation of material experts obtained a value of 86%, media experts obtained a value of 83%, language experts obtained a value of 92%, and practitioners obtained a value of 95%, which overall showed an average percentage of 88%, which is included in the category "Very Feasible". In addition, the response from student users also showed a high level of satisfaction with the content and appearance of the Self-Help Book. This media is expected to be an independent solution in dealing with the anxiety of victims of sexual violence on campus.
