More creative and innovative technological advances can develop road construction, one of which is by adding alternative materials that have the potential to overcome road construction damage. This research discusses the effect of using fly ash waste as a filler in the mixture of Asphalt Concrete Layer (Laston) Wear Layer (AC-WC) using PG-70 elastomeric polymer asphalt which aims to determine the characteristics of aggregate, asphalt, and fly ash and to determine the effect of using fly ash in asphalt mixture (AC-WC) as a filler on marshall characteristics using PG-70 elastomeric asphalt. This research uses the marshall testing method with variations in planned asphalt content of 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6% and 6.5% and the addition of fly ash variations of 0%, 2%, 4% and 6% of the percentage of filler weight. The results showed that the optimum asphalt content (KAO) value obtained at 0% and 2% fly ash content was at 6.5% asphalt content and at 4% and 6% fly ash content was at 6.25% asphalt content. Based on the optimum stability value at each proportion, all the marshall characteristics of the mixture are in accordance with the General Specifications of Bina Marga 2024 for the type of asphalt mixture (AC-WC), namely at 2% fly ash content with 6.5% asphalt content reaching the optimum point with a stability value of 1418.30 kg. compared to 0% fly ash content with 6.5% asphalt content. Compared to 0% fly ash content with 6.5% asphalt content, the stability value only reaches 1211.01 kg. This shows that the mixture is more resistant to changes in shape and is increasingly able to withstand the load or the level of flexibility and deformation to the load becomes high. date: 2025-06-30 date_type: published pages: 226 institution: FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA department: TEKNIK SIPIL thesis_type: sarjana thesis_name: sarjana citation: NAUFAL, MUHAMMAD (2025) PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH FLY ASH SEBAGAI FILLER PADA CAMPURAN ASPAL BETON LAPIS AUS (AC-WC) MENGGUNAKAN ASPAL MODIFIKASI POLIMER.
