Because teachers have so much to do, they must be professional and knowledgeable, or they will not be able to meet the increasingly diverse needs of their students. The government has launched the Merdeka Teach platform, specifically designed to support teacher competency development. This study aims to: 1) Describe teachers' perceptions of the presence of PMM as an effort to develop teachers' professional competence. 2). Describe the stages of use PMM as an effort to develop teachers' professional competence.3). Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the use ofP MM as an effort to develop teachers' professional competence. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods obtained from interview sources, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal and 3 teachers at SDN Nyapah 2, the study took place from February to June 2025. The results of the study indicate that: 1).Teachers and principals responded positively to the presence of PMM because they were aware of the features available in PMM. according to teacher needs. 2). The stages of PMM utilization are carried out by teachers through independent training, career and performance development, and utilization of learning inspiration. 3). Supporting factors for PMM utilization include the availability of facilities and infrastructure, internet network, teacher competence and readiness, and peer support.
