Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online yang diisi oleh 166 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26 untuk uji non-responden dan SmartPLS versi 4 untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (koefisien 0,694; p = 0,000), begitu pula Self-Efficacy (koefisien 0,169; p = 0,001). Employee Engagement tidak berperan signifikan sebagai variabel moderasi antara POS dan kinerja karyawan (p = 0,779), namun terbukti memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan Self-Efficacy terhadap kinerja (koefisien 0,103; p = 0,039). Kesimpulannya, dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan dan keyakinan diri karyawan memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Selain itu, keterlibatan karyawan memperkuat pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kinerja, sedangkan pengaruh POS terhadap kinerja berlangsung langsung tanpa dipengaruhi oleh tingkat keterlibatan karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini mendorong manajemen untuk memperkuat dukungan organisasi serta mengembangkan program pelatihan dan engagement guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal. abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Self-Efficacy on employee performance, with Employee Engagement as a moderating variable, at a petrochemical company in Cilegon. The research uses a quantitative method, collecting data through online questionnaires completed by 166 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 for non-response testing and SmartPLS version 4 for hypothesis testing. The results show that POS has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (coefficient = 0.694; p = 0.000), as does Self-Efficacy (coefficient = 0.169; p = 0.001). Employee Engagement does not significantly moderate the relationship between POS and employee performance (p = 0.779), but it significantly moderates the relationship between Self-Efficacy and employee performance (coefficient = 0.103; p = 0.039). In conclusion, perceived organizational support and employee self-confidence positively contribute to performance improvement. Furthermore, employee engagement strengthens the influence of self-efficacy on performance, whereas the effect of POS on performance occurs directly regardless of the level of employee engagement.
