Industrial Management description: This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Self-Efficacy on employee performance, with Employee Engagement as a moderating variable, at a petrochemical company in Cilegon. The research uses a quantitative method, collecting data through online questionnaires completed by 166 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 for non-response testing and SmartPLS version 4 for hypothesis testing. The results show that POS has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (coefficient = 0.694; p = 0.000), as does Self-Efficacy (coefficient = 0.169; p = 0.001). Employee Engagement does not significantly moderate the relationship between POS and employee performance (p = 0.779), but it significantly moderates the relationship between Self-Efficacy and employee performance (coefficient = 0.103; p = 0.039). In conclusion, perceived organizational support and employee self-confidence positively contribute to performance improvement. Furthermore, employee engagement strengthens the influence of self-efficacy on performance, whereas the effect of POS on performance occurs directly regardless of the level of employee engagement.
