The research method used quantitative methods. The population of the study were employees working in the Regional Government Organization of Banten Province. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a total of 94 respondents. Data analysis used path analysis with the Smart PLS 4 student version program. Based on the results of data analysis, the R Square value on the organizational performance variable was 0.783 indicating a variation in the substantive influence of the independent variables, namely the management control system and transformational leadership with organizational culture as a moderating variable of 78.3%. While the remaining 21.7% was influenced by other variables but were not studied.
