Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar E-LKPD yang valid dan medeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap bahan ajar E-LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing materi struktur bumi dan perkembangannya untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada kurikulum merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R\&D) sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti dengan dibatasi pada tahapan penyebaran (disseminate) sampai uji coba terbatas produk. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar angket validasi yang telah diuji oleh ahli instrumen dan lembar angket respon. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapati bahwa tingkat kevalidan pengembangan bahan ajar E-LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi struktur bumi dan perkembangannya dinilai dengan validasi ahli pendidikan IPA mendapatkan persentase 88,36\% dan masuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Teaching materials can be developed using appropriate learning models, for example by developing teaching materials in the form of E-LKPD based on guided inquiry that can facilitate the creative thinking skills of junior high school students. This study aims to produce valid E-LKPD teaching materials and describe student responses to E-LKPD teaching materials based on guided inquiry on the material of earth structure and its development to facilitate students' creative thinking skills in the independent curriculum. The research method used is Research and Development (R\&D) according to the needs of researchers with limitations on the dissemination stage until limited product trials. The instruments used in this study were validation questionnaire sheets that had been tested by instrument experts and response questionnaire sheets. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the level of validity of the development of E-LKPD teaching materials based on guided inquiry on the material of earth structure and its development was assessed by validation from science education experts getting a percentage of 88.36\% and included in the very valid category.
