The method used in designing this application is Design Thinking, which includes five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This process allowed the design to be developed based on the real needs of the users. Evaluation of the interface and flow of the application was conducted using the Cognitive Walkthrough method to test ease of use, as well as a 5point Likert scale User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to measure perceived user experience. The evaluation results show that the SADERA application has a successful completion rate of 85.71% by students and 87.89% by students, indicating that the application design is quite intuitive. Meanwhile, all aspects of UEQ, such as Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty, were in the high category. These findings indicate that the app design has provided a positive user experience and meets the emotional needs of the target users. Thus, SADERA can be an alternative preventive solution that is relevant and adaptive in supporting adolescent mental health.
