The focus of this research includes three main aspects: (1) the profile of professional teachers at MIN 1 Serang; (2) the learning activities carried out by professional teachers to enhance the quality of learning; and (3) the challenges faced by professional teachers in carrying out their duties. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the research consist of three teachers, namely two classroom teachers and one subject teacher. The research findings indicate that the professional teachers at MIN 1 Serang have appropriate educational backgrounds, sufficient teaching experience, and are actively involved in various self-development activities such as training and MGMP forums. During the learning process, teachers apply a variety of creative methods, such as group discussions, demonstrations, role-playing, interactive quizzes, and the use of digital media. Teachers also actively involve students in the learning process and implement ongoing assessments, both formative and summative. The challenges faced by teachers include time constraints, limited learning facilities, lack of parental involvement, and the diversity of student characters. Nevertheless, teachers show adaptive and collaborative attitudes in overcoming these various obstacles. In conclusion, professional teachers at MIN 1 Serang play a strategic role in creating quality learning, both from academic, character, and student engagement aspects.
