%X This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of social emotional learning (PSE) on critical thinking skills and social attitudes of students in solving   problems in grade v science subjects in elementary schools. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with experimental methods. This method is   used to identify the cause-and-effect relationship between the application of social emotional learning and the improvement of students' critical thinking skills and   social attitudes. The data were collected through observation, tests, questionnaires, documentation, then analyzed using pretest posttest, normality test, homogeneity   test, hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove the influence of social emotional learning (PSE) on students' critical thinking skills and social attitudes. This is shown from the results of hypothesis testing conducted using the t test with a significance level of 0.05, the tcount ≥ ttable is 2.668 ≥ 1.677. Then the posttest results show that the experimental class obtained a higher average value than the control class, namely 80.2. While the control class with an average value of 75.4. In the social attitude of students included in the frequent / good category, it can be seen from the results that have been calculated that 10 students are in the social   attitude in the frequent / good category. %Z Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran sosial emosional (PSE) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan sikap sosial siswa dalam memecahkan masalah pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas v di sekolah dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi   hubungan sebab-akibat antara penerapan pembelajaran sosial emosional dengan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan sikap sosial siswa. Adapun data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes, angket, dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pretest posttest, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh pembelajaran sosial emosional (PSE)   terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan sikap sosial siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 maka diperoleh thitung ≥ ttabel yaitu 2,668 ≥ 1,677. Kemudian hasil posttest menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol yaitu 80,2. Sedangkan kelas kontrol dengan nilai rata-rata 75,4.  Pada sikap sosial siswa termasuk dalam kategori sering/baik, bisa dilihat dari hasil yang telah dihitung bahwa 10 siswa berada pada sikap sosial dalam kategori sering/baik.
