Therefore, appropriate empowerment efforts are needed to increase their capacity and independence. This study aims to describe (1) the stages of empowering out-of-school youth through motorbike mechanic life skills training at PSBR Taruna Jaya. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of empowering out-of-school youth through motorbike mechanic life skills training at PSBR Taruna Jaya. The approach used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 7 people, namely 1 head of the training implementer, 1 motorbike mechanic training instructor, 4 learning citizens, namely youth dropping out of school. The results showed that: (1) the stages of empowering out-of-school youth consist of the preparation stage (The process of forming implementing officers and preparing infrastructure).
