Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelatih, guru kelas, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencak silat tidak hanya berperan sebagai aktivitas fisik, melainkan juga menjadi sarana internalisasi nilai-nilai budaya lokal seperti tanggung jawab, sportivitas, rasa hormat, dan cinta tanah air. Pembelajaran berlangsung secara kontekstual dengan dukungan dari perencanaan yang matang, kolaborasi guru dan pelatih, serta penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis budaya. Implementasi muatan lokal ini terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter dan memperkuat identitas budaya peserta didik, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif mereka dalam pembelajaran yang bermakna. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving coaches, classroom teachers, and students. The findings reveal that pencak silat serves not only as a physical activity but also as a medium for internalizing local cultural values such as responsibility, sportsmanship, respect, and patriotism. The learning process was carried out contextually with well-prepared planning, collaboration between teachers and coaches, and the use of culture-based instructional media. The implementation of this local content has proven effective in shaping students? character and strengthening their cultural identity, while also promoting meaningful participation in the learning process.
