The government is committed to developing SMK as an effort to overcome challenges in the workforce sector, so that graduates can compete at the global level. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the teaching factory (TEFA) policy at SMK Attaufiqiyyah, Baros District, Serang Regency. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. In the implementation of the teaching factory policy according to the teaching factory development guidebook published by the Directorate of Vocational High School Development in 2019, there are 7 parameters that influence the success of the teaching factory implementation, namely conditioning of vocational high schools, improving practice rooms/workshops - laboratories, determining teaching factory products - services, learning models - training, human resources, management, industrial relations and information on goods and/or service products. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The results show that the implementation of the teaching factory that has been carried out at Attaufiqiyyah Vocational High School, Baros District, Serang Regency is included in the good category because it shows a total percentage of 82,12%. In terms of TEFA development aspects, the highest percentage result is the aspect of information on goods and/or service products with a percentage of 87,14%, while the lowest percentage result is the aspect of workshops-laboratories with a percentage of 77,50.
