Customer satisfaction is a critical aspect that supports the sustainability of the company's business, especially considering the high level of competition in the logistics and port service industries. This study aims to analyze the extent to which certain factors influence customer satisfaction at PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera by using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The model includes five exogenous or independent variables: availability of facilities, service quality, professional stevedoring labor, green port implementation, and image & social responsibility. The endogenous or dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction with the port's loading and unloading services.
