description: This research aims to develop, determine the feasibility and user response to the digital-based laboratory work safety magazine Biolenszine as a safety guide for classes X, XI, XII in practical work in the laboratory. The method used in this research is the R&D method (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model research design which is limited to the initial 3 stages of ADD (Analyze, Design, Development). This research was carried out from February 2024-March 2025 at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and State High School in Pandeglang. The research subjects consisted of 3 material experts, 3 media experts, 3 biology teachers, and 12 students from grades X, XI, XII. The results of the feasibility assessment based on material experts obtained an average score of 80% and media experts 90.19%. Based on the results of the limited trial assessment, the average value of the user response test for teachers was 98.75% in the very appropriate category and the user response test for students was 86.35% in the appropriate category. Based on the research results, the digital Biolenszine magazine is suitable for use as a laboratory work safety guide.
