%T ANALISIS FAKTOR KESULITAN BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN GAMBAR TEKNIK DI SMKN 2 KOTA SERANG %L eprintuntirta53127 %O Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik di SMKN 2 Kota Serang, (2) kompetensi dan materi gambar teknik yang sulit dipelajari oleh siswa pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik di SMKN 2 Kota Serang. Banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan karena materi dianggap cukup rumit dan membutuhkan keterampilan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan campuran (mixed method), yaitu menggabungkan data kuantitatif (melalui angket) dan kualitatif (melalui wawancara). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 2 Kota Serang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif berjumlah 73 siswa dari siswa kelas X TPL 1, X TPM 3, dan XI TPM 3, dengan teknik convenience sampling. Dan jumlah data kualitatif sebanyak 6 orang dikumpulkan dari siswa kelas X TPL 1, dan X TPM 3 dengan masing-masing kelas 3 siswa. Hasil dari data wawancara penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar siswa disebabkan oleh 2 faktor yakni internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal seperti: sikap belajar terdiri dari kurangnya literasi, rasa malas, tidak menyimak saat guru menerangkan materi, kemudian rendahnya minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik, dan kondisi fisik yang kurang fit saat belajar. Kemudian faktor eksternal terdiri dari kurangnya perhatian orang tua, kurangnya media pembelajaran yang mendukung, serta metode mengajar guru yang masih kurang interaktif. Sementara dari data angket, sebagian besar siswa mengaku sulit memahami materi simbol pengelasan, kekasaran permukaan dan tanda pengerjaan, potongan gambar, dan proyeksi dan cara menggambar teknik. Sementara dari wawancara, siswa merasa lebih mudah paham jika diajarkan secara langsung dan sambil praktik. Kesimpulannya, guru dan sekolah perlu mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan sesuai kebutuhan siswa agar materi Gambar Teknik lebih mudah dipahami. %D 2025 %A JAMILAH MARDIAH %I UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA %X This study aims to determine, (1) factors that cause students' learning difficulties in the Technical Drawing subject at SMKN 2 Serang City, (2) competencies and technical drawing materials that are difficult for students to learn in the Technical Drawing subject at SMKN 2 Serang City. Many students experience difficulties because the material is considered quite complicated and requires special skills. This study uses a survey method with a mixed method approach, namely combining quantitative data (through questionnaires) and qualitative data (through interviews). This study was conducted at SMKN 2 Serang City. The number of samples used in quantitative research was 73 students from grade X TPL 1, X TPM 3, and XI TPM 3, with a saturated sampling technique. And the number of qualitative data as many as 6 people were collected from grade X TPL 1 and X TPM 3 students with 3 students in each class. The results of the research interview data show that students' learning difficulties are caused by 2 factors, namely internal and external. Internal factors such as: learning attitudes consist of lack of literacy, laziness, not listening when the teacher explains the material, then low student interest in learning technical drawing subjects, and physical conditions that are not fit when studying. Then external factors consist of lack of parental attention, lack of supporting learning media, and teacher teaching methods that are still less interactive. Meanwhile, from the questionnaire data, most students admitted that they had difficulty understanding the material on welding symbols, surface roughness and workmanship marks, image sections, and projections and how to draw techniques. Meanwhile, from the interview, students found it easier to understand if taught directly and while practicing. In conclusion, teachers and schools need to consider using more interesting learning methods that suit students' needs so that the material on Engineering Drawing is easier to understand.
