description: Mutual cooperation is one of the important characters that needs to be instilled from an early age. One of the efforts to instill this value is through habituation activities such as the Selasa Sehat Bersih (SELASIH) habituation activities carried out at SDN Talagasari IV. This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of mutual cooperation character instillation through the Selasa Sehat Bersih (SELASIH) habituation activity at SDN Talagasari IV; 2) explain the factors influencing the instillation of mutual cooperation character through the Selasa Sehat Bersih (SELASIH) habituation activity at SDN Talagasari IV; and 3) identify the mutual cooperation character possessed by students through the Selasa Sehat Bersih (SELASIH) habituation activity at SDN Talagasari IV. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research setting was carried out at SDN Talagasari IV with the research subjects being the principal, grade IV teacher and grade IV students. The data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the principal and grade IV teachers, observations were made of grade IV teachers and students, while documentation was carried out during the activity process. This research was carried out starting from the planning stage in August 2024 until it was planned to be completed in June 2025. The results show that: 1) character instillation is carried out through three main sessions, namely Edukasi Kesehatan dan Lingkungan, Senam Sehat Bersama, and Pemeliharaan Lingkungan Sekolah; 2) the implementation of this activity is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure, parental support, active participation of the entire school community, student motivation, and creative approaches from teachers that enhance students’ emotional engagement; 3) the mutual cooperation character of fourth-grade students is reflected in positive behaviors such as helping one another, cooperation, collaboration, caring, and sharing in everyday life.
