High schools subject: LC Special aspects of education description: This study aims to describe the profile of students’ mathematical creative thinking abilities through collaborative learning that combines the Group Investigation (GI) and Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) models at the senior high school level. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, questionnaires, tests, and interviews. The subjects consisted of 36 students from class XI 4 of SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang, divided into five collaborative learning groups. The integration of the GI and STAD models was designed to combine the strengths of both approaches: the investigative and reflective aspects of GI and the individual accountability and group reward system of STAD. The results indicated that students’ mathematical creative thinking abilities were categorized as moderate to high. The indicators of fluency (idea fluency) and flexibility (variety of strategies) were more dominant than originality (uniqueness of ideas) and elaboration (depth of solution). The collaborative group process supported the development of creative ideas through discussions, strategy sharing, and joint problem solving. Since achievements were obtained through group work, the resulting profile of creative thinking ability reflects the outcome of collaborative efforts rather than individual performance.
