%X This research aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) banana peel on the growth of pakchoi (Brassica rapa) plants in verticulture and analyze the facts of the research results to be used as recommendations for the content of biology practicum guides. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) experiment with six treatments. The treatments included P0 (0% LOF), P1 (75% LOF), P2 (65% LOF), P3 (55% LOF), P4 (45% LOF), P5 (35% LOF). The variables observed were number of leaves, leaf width, plant height, root length, wet weight, dry weight, and chlorophyll content. The results showed that the nutrient content of liquid organic fertilizer banana peel was low and below the quality standard. The results of statistical tests showed that there were differences in the parameters of the number of leaves and wet weight of plants with the best average growth results among the 6 treatments shown in treatment P5 (35% POC). Based on the facts of the research results, the relevance to Biology learning content was analyzed and it was found that the results of this study would be used as a recommendation for the content of practicum guides on the material of growth and development of living things.

%O Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pupuk organik cair (POC) kulit pisang terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoi (Brassica rapa) secara 
vertikultur dan menganalisis fakta-fakta hasil penelitian untuk dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi konten panduan praktikum biologi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan enam perlakuan. Perlakuan tersebut meliputi P0 (0% POC), P1 (75% POC), P2 (65% POC), P3 (55% POC), P4 (45% POC), P5 (35% POC). Variabel yang diamati adalah jumlah daun, lebar daun, tinggi tanaman, panjang akar, berat basah, berat kering, dan kadar klorofil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan unsur hara POC kulit pisang tergolong rendah dan di bawah standar mutu. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan pada parameter jumlah daun dan berat basah tanaman dengan hasil pertumbuhan rata-rata paling baik diantara 6 perlakuan ditunjukan pada perlakuan P5 (35% POC). Berdasarkan fakta-fakta hasil penelitian dianalisis 
keterkaitannya dengan konten pembelajaran Biologi dan didapatkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini akan dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi konten panduan praktikum pada materi tumbuh kembang makhluk hidup.
