The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach, with data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 10 people, namely 1 head of the PKK Posyandu cadre, 4 members of the PKK posyandy cadre and 5 community members. The results of this study indicate that (1) Participation in posyandu activities is divided into four stages that support each other, from decision-making to program evaluation. The involvement of PKK cadres and the community in each stage is important to improve the effectiveness of maternal and child health services. Regular coordination and constructive criticism from cadres can improve service quality, build community trust, and create a healthy environment that is responsive to local needs, thus strengthening the sustainability of the posyandu program. Social interactions that occur in posyandu activities include communication, cooperation and support between PKK cadres and also the community who regularly attend posyandu every month. Through effective communication and warm interactions, posyandu cadres succeed in creating an environment that supports health and well-being. Every month, this activity is not just a health check-up, but also an important moment to strengthen the bond between the community.
