description: This study highlights the importance of parental care in helping young children manage their emotions. The main objective of this study was to determine how parental care is utilized in implementing the five languages of love parenting method for children aged 5–6 years. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with the main techniques being in-depth interviews with parents and teachers, as well as observations of children's behavior at Pembina State Kindergarten in Serang City. The results showed that the benefits of implementing the five languages of love for children can positively impact physical touch, words of support, quality time, acts of service, and giving gifts. Parents become more patient and responsive in dealing with children's emotions. Children raised with this pattern show better emotional abilities, such as being able to express feelings, patiently waiting their turn, cooperating with friends, being self-confident, and showing empathy. This is strengthened by the synergy of care at home and learning at school.
