Based on problem analysis, LKPD (Student Worksheet) was developed using the STEM-PBL learning model on the sub-material of additive substances to train the critical thinking skills of eighth-grade students. This research aims to determine the level of validity and student response questionnaire towards LKPD using the STEM-PBL learning model on the sub-material of additive substances. The research method used is Research & Development (R&D), employing the ADDIE development model, which is only carried out up to four stages, namely analysis, design, development, and implementation in a small group at one of the public junior high schools in Serang, with 5% of the total 250 eighth-grade students, amounted to 13 students. The instruments used were a validation questionnaire for experts and a student response questionnaire to ascertain students' responses. Data analysis was conducted through descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The research results showed that the average score from experts in Science Education, including media experts, material experts, and teaching material experts, was 90.76%, falling into the category of 'Very Valid.' The results from student responses also fell into the 'Very Positive' category with a score of 86.92%. This indicates that the Student Worksheet using the STEM-PBL learning model on the sub-topic of additive substances can be deemed very valid for training critical thinking skills in eighth- grade students.
