Communication and collaboration skills are part of the 21st century skills that are very important in preparing vocational students for the world of work. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the Kemmis & Taggart model, which is carried out in three cycles including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation of communication and collaboration skills indicators. Research results The results showed that students' communication skills in cycle I were in the poor category, in cycle II reached the sufficient category and in cycle III reached the good category. Meanwhile, collaboration skills also showed an increase from the less category in cycle I, to quite good in cycle II, and reached the good category in cycle III. II, and reached the good category in cycle III. These findings indicate that the TPS learning model is effective in creating an active, interactive learning environment and supporting the development of communication and collaboration skills of vocational students.
