%X This study aimed to examine the role of the Sexual Violence Prevention and Handling Task Force (PPKS Task Force) in preventing and handling sexual violence at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta), using Talcott Parsons structural functionalism theory as the analytical framework. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews involving Task Force members, victims of sexual violence, and FKIP Untirta students.   The findings revealed that the PPKS Task Force actively carried out preventive efforts through education, socialization, faculty-based webinars, and inter-unit collaboration. In handling cases, the Task Force conducted systematic assessments, provided internal training, and applied practices learned from previous cases. From the structural functionalist perspective, the Task Force functioned as a social subsystem performing four critical functions: Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, and Latency (AGIL), which worked to ensure social stability, order, and sustainability within the campus environment. This study affirmed the significant role of the PPKS Task Force in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive academic climate at FKIP Untirta.
%Z Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Satuan Tugas Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual (Satgas PPKS) dalam mencegah dan menangani kekerasan seksual pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (FKIP Untirta), serta menganalisis peran tersebut melalui perspektif teori fungsionalisme struktural Talcott Parsons. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada anggota Satgas PPKS, korban kekerasan seksual, dan mahasiswa FKIP Untirta sebagai informan.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Satgas PPKS berperan aktif dalam upaya preventif melalui sosialisasi, edukasi, webinar antar-fakultas, dan kerja sama lintas unit. Dalam penanganan kasus, Satgas melakukan asesmen internal, pelatihan khusus, serta merujuk pada pengalaman penanganan kasus sebelumnya. Peran Satgas PPKS dikaji melalui skema AGIL—Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, dan Latency—yang menunjukkan fungsi pentingnya sebagai subsistem sosial dalam menjaga stabilitas dan ketertiban di lingkungan kampus.
