description: This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance services using game techniques in an outdoor learning setting on improving students’ interpersonal communication skills. The method used was quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 20 seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Labuan, divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected using an interpersonal communication questionnaire and analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that the experimental group experienced an improvement with an average N-Gain score of 0.71 (high category), while the control group scored 0.44 (moderate category). The Mann-Whitney test produced an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. Therefore, group guidance services using game techniques in an outdoor learning setting have a significant effect on improving students’ interpersonal communication skills.
