Therefore, this study aims to determine the basis for implementation, the implementation process, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the results of the implementation of religious and nature-based education in facilitating holistic learning in grade III of SD Tahfizh Qur'an Mardhatillah. The research method used qualitative research with a descriptive type. The researcher took research sources consisting of the principal, class teachers, guidance teachers and grade III students. Data were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the basis for implementing religious and nature-based education consists of aspects of the curriculum foundation, educators and students, as well as supervision and relationships with partnerships with the local community. Aspects of the process of implementing religious and nature-based education activities in facilitating holistic learning in grade III are contained in intracurricular, extracurricular and co-curricular activities. Aspects of supporting factors for this education lie in teacher supervision and guidance, supporting activities and establishing good relationships with the surrounding community, while inhibiting factors lie in the provision of inadequate facilities and infrastructure and the diverse characters of students. Furthermore, the outcomes of religion- and nature-based education include two character developments: religiousness and environmentalism.
