Industrial Management description: This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational performance through self-efficacy and employee involvement as mediating variables. The independent variable in this study is organizational culture and the dependent variable is organizational performance. The research was conducted through quantitative method using primary data from survey results. The population in the study were employees at BPS offices in Banten Province, which included employees at the Banten Provincial BPS office and employees at eight regency/municipality BPS offices in Banten Province. Sampling using saturated samples with the number of sample data that was successfully submitted and processed as many as 151 employees. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling with the help of the SmartPLS v.4.0.9.9 data processing program. The results showed that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee self-efficacy. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. (4) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. (5) Employee involvement has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. (6) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance.
