This study aims to design and develop an Android-based E-Module as a learning medium for the Electrical Engineering Drawing subject at SMK PGRI 1 Kota Serang. The development was motivated by the lack of relevant teaching materials aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum and the absence of interactive digital media tailored to students’ needs. The research employed the Lee & Owens (2004) development model, consisting of five stages: assessment/analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Instruments used included validation sheets from material experts, media experts, and student users. The validation results indicate that the developed E-Module meets the feasibility criteria and can be used as an alternative digital learning medium. The E-Module contains learning materials, instructional videos, and multiple-choice assessments. The use of this Android-based E-Module is expected to enhance the learning process, make it more effective and interactive, and improve students’ understanding of the Electrical Engineering Drawing subject.
