description: This research aims to develop learning media based on digital immune squad  magazines on immune system materials. The method used in this study is research and development (R&D) with a 4D research design modified into 3D. 3D design consists of  the definition stage, the design stage, and the develop stage. This research was carried out at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and SMA Negeri 15 Tangerang Regency. The validators of the digital magazine consist of subject matter experts and media experts. The respondents in this study were biology teachers and 10 students of grade XI science. The results of the feasibility assessment by material experts got an average score of 92.5% and media experts got an average score of 95.6% stating that digital magazines are very suitable for use in learning. The test results on the teacher's response received an average score of 90.1% and students received an average score of 94.1% with the category of very satisfied. Based on the results of the study, it shows that digital magazines are very feasible, used as a learning medium for immune system materials.
