description: The calibration process requires optimal worker scheduling to prevent workload imbalances. At the XYZ Government Office, manual scheduling presents several issues, including unequal task distribution among workers, the lack of consideration for workers' performance in the previous period, and unstructured task allocation. This study aims to design a mathematical model and implement a scheduling system that incorporates individual performance to improve fairness in workload distribution. The model was developed using the Integer Linear Programming (ILP) approach and solved using the Branch and Bound method. The implementation was carried out using Lingo 21.0 software. The results show that the model successfully generates an optimal solution without any constraint violations, achieving an objective function value of 1,930—an increase of 14.68% compared to the manual scheduling result of 1,683. Furthermore, the model produces a more proportional allocation based on worker performance and generates a more structured schedule according to task order.
