"This study aims to describe the profile of senior high school students’ numeracy\r\nliteracy ability based on cognitive styles within the Wholist-Analytic and\r\nVerbalizer-Imager dimensions. Numeracy literacy in this research includes three\r\nmain indikators: the ability to understand the context of problems, identify and use\r\nnumerical information, and construct reasoning to solve mathematical problems. A\r\ndescriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving Grade X students from\r\ntwo public schools with different numeracy levels based on the AKM (Asesmen\r\nKompetensi Minimum) report. Data were collected through numeracy literacy tests,\r\nthe Matching Figure Test and Embedded Figure Test for Wholist-Analytic cognitive\r\nstyles, questionnaires for Verbalizer-Imager cognitive styles, and in-depth\r\ninterviews.The results show that the achievement of numeracy literacy indikators\r\nvaries according to students’ cognitive styles. Wholist students demonstrate\r\nstrength in understanding problem contexts but face challenges in performing\r\ntechnical calculations. Analytic students are strong in organizing systematic\r\nstrategies and logical thinking, yet often overlook contextual meaning. Verbalizer\r\nstudents find it easier to process narrative-based problems but have difficulty\r\ninterpreting visual data such as graphs and tables. In contrast, Imager students\r\nperform well in reading visual data and mapping information spatially, but show\r\nweakness in converting visuals into formal mathematical symbols. Each school's\r\nlearning environment also influences differences in problem-solving strategies and\r\nindikator achievements. Therefore, numeracy instruction should be designed\r\nadaptively by integrating context-based narratives for Verbalizer and Wholist\r\nstudents, structured scaffolding strategies for Analytic students, and interactive\r\nvisual media with visual-symbolic conversion training for Imager students. These\r\nfindings highlight the importance of implementing multimodal learning approaches\r\nthat align with students' cognitive characteristics to enhance holistic numeracy\r\nliteracy development."^^ .
