description: This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Pomodoro technique in Civic Education (PPKn) learning on improving students' learning concentration. The research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method, using a One Group Pre-test Post-test Design conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Kota Serang. The population of this study consisted of all 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 8 Kota Serang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, selecting only class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class without a control class. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through statistical processing, including normality tests and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis was tested using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of the hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon sign test showed an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This indicates that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. It means there is a significant difference in the average scores between the pre-test and post-test of students' learning concentration. Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted, indicating that the application of the Pomodoro technique in Civic Education learning has an effect on improving the learning concentration of class XI IPA 1 students at SMA Negeri 8 Kota Serang.
