The method used is ex post facto.Ex Post Facto is research that examines cause-and-effect relationships that are not manipulated or treated with the variables studied. This research was carried out at SMA N 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon classes X and XI in the 2022/2023 academic year. The sampling technique used in this research was simple random sampling. The results of the research showed that there is an influence of self-efficacy on students' intrinsic learning motivation with a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and the results of the coefficient of determination test show that self-efficacy contributes 39.3% to the increase or decrease in the intrinsic learning motivation of students at SMA N 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon.
