STEM learning is relevant learning that can train students to solve problems through projects that integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics with one or more other scientific subjects. The urgency in this study is based on the needs of students and lecturers in improving the quality of the learning process by utilizing technology, innovation in learning, then a study was conducted on the application of the STEM learning model integrating content with real-world applications, using technology, using learning methodology and communicating actively so that it can improve understanding of the material and thinking skills and high confidence in students. The purpose of this study was to analyze and investigate the effect of STEM-based learning models, clinical practice, and self-confidence on the learning outcomes of nursing students at POLTEKKES Banten. The research method is an experimental study with a 2x3x3 factorial design with a three-way ANOVA. The population of this study was 130 students of the Level 3 Nursing Polytechnic. The research sample consisted of 100 students of Banten Province Nursing Polytechnic, the sampling technique was random sampling. The results of the study significantly showed: Differences in student learning outcomes using the STEM learning model and students using the bedside teaching learning model at POLTEKKES Banten. Differences in student learning outcomes with high, medium and low student clinical practice at POLTEKKES Banten. Differences in student learning outcomes with high, medium and low student self-confidence at POLTEKKES Banten. The effect of interaction between learning models and clinical practice on student learning outcomes at POLTEKKES Banten. The effect of interaction between learning models and self-confidence on student learning outcomes at POLTEKKES Banten. The effect of interaction between clinical practice and self-confidence on student learning outcomes at POLTEKKES Banten. The effect of interaction between learning models, clinical practice and self-confidence on student learning outcomes at POLTEKKES Banten. The implication of this study is that learning models such as STEM integrate theory and technology, while Bedside Teaching utilizes the clinical environment to provide direct experience. date: 2025 type: Thesis type: NonPeerReviewed format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/52190/1/Asep%20Awaludin_7782210026_Fulltext.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/52190/2/Asep%20Awaludin_7782210026_01.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/52190/3/Asep%20Awaludin_7782210026_02.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/52190/4/Asep%20Awaludin_7782210026_03.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/52190/5/Asep%20Awaludin_7782210026_04.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/52190/6/Asep%20Awaludin_7782210026_05.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/52190/7/Asep%20Awaludin_7782210026_Reff.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/52190/8/Asep%20Awaludin_7782210026_Lamp.pdf identifier: Awaludin, Asep (2025) PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS STEM, PRAKTIK KLINIS DAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN POLTEKKES BANTEN.
