The objective of this research is to examine the influence of workforce diversity, intrinsic motivation, and ethical leadership on employee performance, as well as the moderating effect of ethical leadership on the relationship between workforce diversity and intrinsic motivation with employee performance. This study uses an explanatory survey approach. Each variable is measured by four indicators. The population consists of 270 employees of PT Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia, with the sample size determined as 9 times 16 indicators, resulting in 144 randomly selected respondents. The hypothesis testing results indicate that workforce diversity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; ethical leadership also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, ethical leadership does not moderate the relationship between workforce diversity and employee performance, but it positively moderates the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee performance.
