However, in its development, the food became a product that has a high economic value to be marketed. This study is included in the type of survey with data collection through observation, interviews and filling out questionnaires distributed to 7 respondents. This study measures 3 main variables: Production, Income and Participation of female workers. The results of the analysis show that the participation of female workers in the Tenjo dodol UMKM is very important, The participation of female workers in the Tenjo dodol catering UMKM includes work status, type of work and frequency of work, Tenjo dodol production is influenced by worker participation including work status and frequency of work. However, not for the type of work of female workers, because female workers have the same type of work, namely in the packaging section. The income of female workers in the Tenjo dodol UMKM is greatly influenced by their work status and work frequency, this affects the income that will be received by female workers, the researcher concluded that H1 is accepted: There is a significant influence between the participation of female workers on production and household income in the Tenjo dodol boga sari UMKM.
