The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The analysis used in this studyis internal and external factors, matrix, EFE matrix, IFE matrix, and SWOT matrix. Based on the SWOT matrix,there are sixalternative strategies that can be applied to Bukit Curahem Shorea Forest nature tourism, namely twoS-Ostrategies,twoW-Ostrategies,one S-T strategy,andtwoW-T strategies. The results of the IE matrix show that Bukit Curahem Shorea Forest nature tourism is in the V area quadrant (hold and maintain) with market penetration and product development strategy efforts.
