This program is a form of productive zakat distribution aimed at   empowering mustahik trought the provision of business capital assistance and   mentoring. The subjects of this research are mustahik recipients of the Z-Chicken   program assistance from Baznas of Banten Province, located in Serang city and its   surroundings. This research employs a qualitative method with descriptive approach to   describe or explain a phenomenon. Data collection methods include interviews,   documentation, obsevation and the distribution of questionnaires to mustahik recipients   of the program. The data analysis method in this study uses the Miles and Huberman   model.  The results of this study indicate that: 1) Baznas of Banten Province implements the Z-Chicken program as a form of realization of productive zakat utilization. Currently, there are 12 mustahik beneficiaries. The assistance provided includes tools, materials, and all the necessary needs for the Z-Chicken business, with a total of Rp12,455,750 allocated to each mustahik. 2) The challenges faced by Baznas of Banten Province include low human resource quality, minimal financial record-keeping for businesses, and insufficient information from mentors. 3) Solutions and strategies include being more selective in choosing mustahik, selecting strategic business locations, increasing capital assistance, and strengthening empowerment strategies through market access support. 4) The IPZ score for the Z-Chicken program at Baznas of Banten Province is 0.48, which falls into the "poor" category. This conclusion is based on the scores from five IPZ indicator formulas: (1) the social indicator scored 0.70, categorized as "fairly good," (2) the cultural indicator scored 0.29, categorized as "poor," (3) the economic indicator scored 0.35, categorized as "poor," (4) the da'wah indicator scored 0.57, categorized as "fairly good," and (5) the environmental indicator scored 0.41, categorized as "poor." Thus, the Z-Chicken program at Baznas of Banten Province is currently in the strengthening phase.
