Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Fisiologi dan Bioteknologi Tanaman, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, dari bulan Desember 2024 hingga Maret 2025. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) secara faktorial, yang terdiri atas dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah tingkat konsentrasi BAP (B) yang terdiri dari empat taraf: 0 ppm (B0), 1 ppm (B1), 2 ppm (B2), dan 3 ppm (B3). Faktor kedua adalah jenis bahan organik yang terdiri dari tiga taraf: ekstrak tomat (E1), ekstrak pisang (E2), dan air kelapa muda (E3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata waktu munculnya tunas adalah 4,83 minggu setelah tanam (MST). Perlakuan konsentrasi BAP memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tunas pada 12 MST, dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,38 cm. Jenis bahan organik tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Selain itu, tidak terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan konsentrasi BAP dan jenis bahan organik. abstract: This research aimed to determine the response of different BAP concentration levels and types of organic substances on the growth of Black Orchid (Coelogyne pandurata) shoots. The study was conducted in the Plant Physiology and Biotechnology Laboratory, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, from December 2024 to March 2025. A factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) was used, consisting of two factors. The first factor was the BAP concentration level (B), which included four levels: 0 ppm (B0), 1 ppm (B1), 2 ppm (B2), and 3 ppm (B3). The second factor was the type of organic substance, consisting of three levels: tomato extract (E1), banana extract (E2), and young coconut water (E3). The results showed that the average time for shoot emergence was 4.83 weeks after planting (WAP). The BAP concentration treatment had a significant effect on shoot height at 12 WAP, with an increase of 0.38 cm. The different types of organic substances had no significant effect on any of the measured parameters.
