The study was conducted in the Plant Physiology and Biotechnology Laboratory, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, from December 2024 to March 2025. A factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) was used, consisting of two factors. The first factor was the BAP concentration level (B), which included four levels: 0 ppm (B0), 1 ppm (B1), 2 ppm (B2), and 3 ppm (B3). The second factor was the type of organic substance, consisting of three levels: tomato extract (E1), banana extract (E2), and young coconut water (E3). The results showed that the average time for shoot emergence was 4.83 weeks after planting (WAP). The BAP concentration treatment had a significant effect on shoot height at 12 WAP, with an increase of 0.38 cm. The different types of organic substances had no significant effect on any of the measured parameters.
