One environmentally friendly alternative is the use of liquid organic fertilizer such as Jadam Microbial Solution (JMS). This research aimed to examine the effects of different JMS concentrations and fermentation durations on the growth and yield of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) cultivar Gustavi F1. A factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) was used, consisting of two factors: JMS concentration (5%, 10%, and 15%) and fermentation duration (24, 48, and 72 hours), with three replications for each treatment. The results showed that the 10% concentration combined with a 48-hour fermentation period (K2F2) produced the most optimal growth and yield, with the highest plant height (121,16 cm), stem diameter (7,16 mm), leaf count (41,33 leaves), fruit quantity, fruit weight, and the earliest flowering time (29 days after transplanting). Additionally, treatment K1F2 (5% concentration and 48-hour fermentation) yielded the largest fruit diameter (30,67 mm).
