This study aims to determine the effect of using the Olabs application on the understanding of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) concepts and literacy in the circulatory system material. The background of this study is based on the importance of mastering scientific concepts and STEM literacy skills in facing the challenges of the 21st century. The research method used is a quasi-experiment with a pre-test post-test control group design. The population in the study were all students of grade XI at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Serang in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research sample was determined based on a simple random technique, namely obtained XI MIPA 5 as the experimental class and XI MIPA 6 as the control class. Data collection techniques used tests, questionnaires, and observation sheets for the implementation of learning. Data analysis techniques used Kolmogorov Smirnov to test normality, Levene to test homogeneity, and paired sample t-test to test the hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis test of the effect of using the Olabs application on conceptual understanding and STEM literacy each obtained a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05). The findings in this study concluded that the use of the Olabs application was proven to be effective in improving students' conceptual understanding and STEM literacy, especially in linking science concepts with technology and applications in real life.
