Peanut is one of the most important food crops because of its high nutritional content. Groundnut contains about 40-48% fat, 25-30% protein, 21% carbohydrate and provides 450 calories per 100 gs of seed. The application of several dosage levels of rhizobium biofertilizer greatly affects the growth and yield of peanut plants. This study aims to obtain the best dose of Rhizobium biofertilizer to increase the growth and yield of peanut plants. This research was conducted at the Banten Agricultural Standard Instrument Implementation Center in November 2024-February 2025. The research design used in this study was a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a Rhizobium biofertilizer dosage factor consisting of 6 levels, namely 0 g/kg seed (P0), 6 g/kg seed (P1), 8 g/kg seed (P2), 10 g/kg seed (P3), 12 g/kg seed (P4), 14 g/kg seed (P5). The treatment consisted of 4 groups. The results showed that Rhizobium doses of 8 g/kg seed (P3) and 10 g/kg seed (P4) significantly affected the parameters of plant height at 1 weeks after planting (6.51 cm) and 2 weeks after planting (12.5 cm), the number of pods/plant (36.69 pieces), the number of filled pods/plant (6.36 pieces), and the number of seeds/plant (8.60 pieces).
