description: This study analyzes the effect of Financial Inclusion on Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in 25 developing countries during the period 2010–2023. Financial Inclusion is used as the main variable, while Foreign Direct Capital Flows, Private Sector Domestic Credit, Central Bank Interest Rates and Rule of Law are used as control variables. The estimation method used is the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to overcome the endogeneity problem in dynamic panel data. The results show that Foreign Direct Capital Flows, Private Sector Domestic Credit, Central Bank Interest Rates have a significant positive effect on NPL, while Financial Inclusion, GDP Percapita Growth and Rule of Law has a significant negative effect on NPL. This finding confirms the importance of Financial Inclusion in maintaining banking stability in developing countries.
