In order to create graduates who are ready to enter the world of work, it is necessary to be supported by teaching materials such as job sheets at SMKN 4 Kota Serang which can support the learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop a job sheet for electrical lighting installation for class XI Electrical Power Installation Engineering at SMKN 4 Kota Serang. This research is a type of research that uses the Research and Development (R&D) development model which aims to produce an electrical lighting installation jobsheet, to determine the level of feasibility and effectiveness in learning activities. The research method used is development research that adapts the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The final product produced from this development research is an electrical lighting installation jobsheet. The methods used in data collection include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The feasibility testing of the learning media involved 3 media experts and material experts, as well as 23 class XI TITL students at SMKN 4 Serang City as user trials. The level of feasibility of the electrical lighting installation jobsheet for class XI TITL at SMKN 4 Serang City has test results from experts. Where the validation value of media experts with an average of 3.83 and the validation value of material experts with an average of 3.84, both of which are in the "very valid" category and the user response assessment with an average of 3.49 with a very good category. The effectiveness level of the jobsheet is 0.72 with a high effectiveness category.
