This study aims to analyze the form of constituent care carried out by Theresia, the factors that support her electability, and its impact on political pluralism in Tangerang City. This research is analyzed using two theoretical frameworks. The first is the Representative Model Theory as presented by Mezey and Haboddin, which includes the concepts of trustee, delegate, and politico. The second is the theory of responsiveness, which encompasses four dimensions: involvement in policymaking (policy responsiveness), direct service delivery (service responsiveness), resource allocation (allocation responsiveness), and symbolic engagement (symbolic responsiveness). The research method used is qualitative with a single instrumental case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Theresia, constituents, and related parties, participant observation, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques include organizing data, coding, and interpreting findings. The results of the study indicate that Theresia applies a combination between representation model theory and responsiveness strategies to build emotional closeness with constituents. Its success is also influenced by the ability to overcome minority stigma through real work and inclusivity. This research contributes to the understanding of inclusive political representation and constituent care strategies in areas with high social diversity. date: 2025 type: Thesis type: NonPeerReviewed format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/51515/1/Rubben%20Ronggur%20Surono_6670190072_Fulltext.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/51515/3/Rubben%20Ronggur%20Surono_6670190072_02.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/51515/4/Rubben%20Ronggur%20Surono_6670190072_03.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/51515/5/Rubben%20Ronggur%20Surono_6670190072_04.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/51515/6/Rubben%20Ronggur%20Surono_6670190072_05.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/51515/7/Rubben%20Ronggur%20Surono_6670190072_Ref.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/51515/8/Rubben%20Ronggur%20Surono_6670190072_Lamp.pdf format: text language: en identifier: https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/51515/17/Rubben%20Ronggur%20Surono_6670190072_01.pdf identifier: Surono, Ruben Ronggur (2025) RELASI LEGISLATOR DAN KONSTITUEN : THERESIA MEGAWATI WIJAYA (ANGGOTA DPRD KOTA TANGERANG) DALAM MERAWAT KONSTITUEN.
